Security: how data and actions are protected

Your data and your money are protected in layers. Ask us for details in your demo.

Layers

A restaurant's data sits behind several layers: a wall between each restaurant's data, role gates on what each person can do, an audit log of what happened, and a human confirmation for money-moving actions.

Separate restaurants

Each restaurant's data is kept separate from every other restaurant's.

Audit log

Voids, price changes, refunds, remote support sessions and AI actions are logged with who and when.

Human confirmation for money

Refunds, price changes and other actions that move money require a person to confirm, including actions proposed by AI.

AI that cannot be talked out of the rules

AI assistants read text from guests. The rules live in the order engine, not in the assistant, so a message that tries to change a price or a rule does not change it.

Ask Zorveta

Illustrative demo, scripted conversation

  1. Starter: Pickup for 2 at 7?

I can set up pickup for 2 at 7:00. Which dishes? Today's popular choices are the tikka plate and the paneer wrap.

  2. Starter: What's spicy?

The hot biryani and the vindaloo are the spiciest. Both can be made mild. Want me to start an order?

  3. Starter: Reorder last

Your last order was a thali and a mango lassi. I can add the same again.

  4. Confirm step

The guest sees a summary with Confirm and Change. Nothing reaches the kitchen until Confirm is pressed.

Text version: A chat conversation that ends in a confirm step before the order is placed.

Payments

Card payments run through a payment processor, yours or ours. Ask in your demo how card data is handled for your setup.

Reporting a problem

Use the contact page to report a security concern. A dedicated disclosure address will be published there.
