Kitchen display
Kitchen display that matches how your line works
A kitchen display system with station routing, bump and recall, and a backup printer path, so tickets reach the right cook without paper piling up.
- Kitchen display
- Printing
- TV menu boards
The Zorveta One kitchen display routes each item to the station that makes it, lets cooks bump and recall tickets, and falls back to a printer when you want paper. TV menu boards show your live menu on a screen and update when an item sells out.
The problem, in an owner’s words
“Tickets pile up on the rail and the fry station never sees the order for the wings.”
How it works
1
Name your stations
Grill, fry, cold, expo. Each gets its own screen or printer.
2
Map items to stations
Every menu item points at the station that makes it.
3
Bump and recall
Cooks bump finished tickets, and the pass can recall one if it went too soon.
What is in kitchen display
Station routing
Send each menu item to the station that makes it, so the grill sees grill items and the fry cook sees fry items.
Merge by table
Group all items for a table on the pass so the expo can plate and send them out at the same time.
Recall
Bring a bumped ticket back to the screen when it went too early, with its original time so the cook sees how long it waited.
Backup printer
Set a printer to take over a station's tickets if its kitchen screen goes offline, so cooks never stop for a dead screen.
TV menu boards
Show your live menu on a TV behind the counter, updating the moment you mark an item sold out or change a price.

Questions owners ask
Can I use paper tickets as well?
Yes. Printers and screens work side by side, and a backup printer path covers a screen failure.
Does the kitchen display keep working if the internet drops?
Yes, with the store hub, which keeps kitchen screens and printing running locally.
Can two stations see the same ticket?
Yes. An item routes to one station, and the whole ticket can also show on the expo screen.
Can I show the menu on a TV?
Yes. TV menu boards show your live menu and update when you change it.
How does a recalled ticket behave?
It returns to the station screen with its original time, so the cook sees how long it has been waiting.
