Event seat selection: guests pick their seat
Let guests pick their exact seats or a whole table for wine dinners, tasting nights and private events, with seats held while they pay.
Event seat selection lets a guest open your event page, see the room laid out, and choose the exact seats or the whole table they want. Taken seats are greyed out, chosen seats are held while the guest pays, and the host sees each guest by name on the night.
When you would use it
“A couple wants the two seats by the window at your chef's table dinner, not whatever is left.”
“A group of eight wants to sit together and asks which tables can fit them.”
“A guest booking alone is happy to share a long table, and you want strangers seated side by side on purpose.”

Questions about this feature
Can guests choose a specific seat, not just a table?
Yes. Show single seats and guests pick the exact ones, or sell a whole table if you prefer.
What if two guests want the same seat?
The first guest to start paying holds it. The second guest sees it as taken.
Can a party sit together?
Yes. A guest can pick several seats at one table, or book the whole table.
Can I limit how many seats one guest books?
Yes. Set a maximum per booking so one guest cannot take the room.
