Restaurant POS
Location pricing: by site, channel and hour
Price an item differently by location, by channel or by time of day from one menu, so each site and each channel gets the right price.
Location pricing lets one menu carry different prices by location, by channel such as online or dine-in, and by time of day. A downtown site, an online order and a happy hour can each have their own price without keeping separate menus.
When you would use it
“Your downtown location charges more for the same dish than the suburb.”
“You want online prices to differ from dine-in because of fees you pay.”
“A happy-hour price should start and stop by itself.”
How it goes, step by step
1
Start from one menu
A master menu holds the base price.
2
Add overrides
Set a price for a location, channel or time window.
3
Publish
Each channel reads the right price.
