Text a waitlisted party when their table is ready and seat them from the host stand, so the wait happens outside the door.
Notify and seat texts a waiting party when their table is ready, then marks them seated when the host assigns a table. The party can wait in their car or next door instead of crowding the entrance, and the host always sees who is next.
When you would use it
“A crowded entrance makes seated guests feel rushed.”
“A party wandered off and the host cannot find them.”
