Upsell prompts: ask once, in the right place
Choose which add-ons your kiosk suggests and at which step, so a drink or side is offered without pestering the guest.
Upsell prompts are the suggestions a guest sees while ordering, such as a drink with a combo or an extra topping. You choose which items trigger a prompt and where it appears. You can review how often each prompt is accepted and turn off the ones guests skip.
When you would use it
“A pizza shop wants to offer garlic knots after a large pie is added.”
“A coffee counter wants to suggest a pastry only with a drink order.”
“An owner wants to stop a prompt that guests keep dismissing.”
